What makes the Betzillo VIP program stand out is that every reward on its level table comes with no wagering. We read the loyalty program page on 17 September 2026, and it sets out 10 levels from Amberflame to Pyrocryst, each with its own BZ Points threshold and rewards. The earning rate is missing. Betzillo doesn't say how many points A$1 of play earns, so nobody outside the company can tell you how much betting a level takes, and any fixed cashback percentage you see quoted elsewhere doesn't come from Betzillo. All 10 Betzillo VIP levels and what they pay

The thresholds below are total BZ Points as shown on Betzillo's loyalty program page, which also states that the rewards come with no wagering attached.

The page contradicts itself on one amount. Infernalite's level card lists an A$75,000 instant bonus, while the rewards table further down the same page gives A$70,000. If you're closing in on that level, confirm the figure in live chat before counting on it.

Free spins and the VIP Host by level

Level free spins begin at Rubyburn and go up by five with each level until they reach 50. Only the spin count is given, so when the reward lands, check which game the spins are on and what each one is worth. The VIP Host arrives at Tanzafire, the eighth level, and stays through Infernalite and Pyrocryst. The table only marks the host with a yes, so ask live chat what the role involves before you chase it.

How the instant bonus grows from Rubyburn up

The first three levels pay no instant bonus. From Rubyburn it rises about fivefold per level, from A$25 to A$120, A$600 and A$3,000, reaching A$15,000 at Tanzafire. We cut the chart off at Emberald, since the three biggest amounts would squash every other bar flat.

The point thresholds climb almost as steeply. Working from the table (our maths), Rubyburn to Garnetforge takes 7,500 points, the next step 30,000 and the one after that 125,000, with each gap roughly four times the one before. Tanzafire to Infernalite is a 2,000,000-point gap, and Pyrocryst asks for another 10,000,000. For that last climb the instant bonus rises by just A$25,000 over the Infernalite card figure, although the cashback amount jumps from A$40,000 to A$200,000.

What does cashback from BZ Points work out to?

There's no cashback percentage anywhere on Betzillo's page, which is where most of the confusion starts. The table still gives you enough to put a value on a single point. Topazblaze needs 125 points and lists A$2.50 cashback, and the 500 points between Topazblaze and Amethystflare list A$10. In our maths both come to A$0.02 per BZ Point, and that rate holds for every level after, right up to the 10,000,000-point step to Pyrocryst with its A$200,000.

Add up the cashback amounts to any level and the total equals its threshold times A$0.02. Up to Rubyburn there are three amounts, A$2.50, A$10 and A$40, which total A$52.50, the same as 2,625 points at two cents each (our maths).

Turning a value per point into a return on your betting takes one more figure, the points earned per A$ wagered, and Betzillo doesn't publish it. We also couldn't find out whether cashing points in slows your progress towards the next level, so ask before you redeem.

Questions to put to live chat before you chase a level

Betzillo's loyalty page leaves out two numbers, the points you earn per A$ and a cashback percentage, and a few rules weren't clear from the public pages either. These are the questions we'd put to live chat.

• How many BZ Points does A$1 on pokies earn, and is the rate lower for live and table games?

Using VIP rewards alongside the welcome bonus

The Betzillo welcome bonus runs on separate rules from the loyalty rewards. Per Betzillo's terms, the casino offer matches each of your first three deposits up to A$500. The bonus amount has to be wagered 40x within 7 days, and bets are capped at A$5 while the bonus is active.
