Privacy Policy and Cookies for Our Betzillo Guide

Very little about you is collected when you visit bet-zillo-australia.com. That goes for every page, from the bet-zillo-australia.com home page to this one. There are no accounts on the site, no contact or sign-up forms, no mailing list and no analytics tools. All that remains is one cookie that remembers your cookie choice and the standard logs kept by our web host. Cloudflare may also set a security cookie.

What we don't collect

You won't find anything to fill in here. Nobody can register, log in, subscribe or leave a comment through the site, so your name, email address, date of birth, phone number and payment details never reach us. We don't use advertising trackers, heatmaps or any kind of visitor analytics, and nobody who reads our guides gets profiled.

Which cookies does this site use?

A cookie is a small text file that your browser saves for a website. At most two can be set while you're here, and neither has anything to do with advertising.

The cookie consent cookie

Clicking accept or decline in the cookie banner saves your answer in a single consent cookie, which lasts 12 months. It stores that choice and nothing more. There's no name or contact detail in it, and it isn't shared with anyone. The banner comes back once the 12 months are up, or sooner if you clear your cookies.

Cloudflare's security cookie

Pages on this site are delivered through Cloudflare, which filters out attacks and abusive traffic before they reach our server. To tell real visitors apart from automated ones, Cloudflare may put a technical security cookie such as __cf_bm in your browser. That cookie serves security only and is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Blocking or deleting cookies

Any major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Deleting them removes the consent cookie as well, so the banner will ask again on your next visit. Blocking cookies altogether won't stop you reading the guides, though Cloudflare may now and then ask your browser to pass a quick check before a page loads.

Fonts loaded from Google

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests the font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser details as part of that request. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. No other third-party service is called when you browse these pages.

Server logs kept by our web host

The server behind bet-zillo-australia.com records the requests it receives, as nearly every web server does. A standard log entry includes:

• your IP address;
• your browser's user agent, which names the browser and operating system;
• the date and time of the request;
• the page or file that was requested.

The logs are there to keep the site working and secure, for instance when an error needs tracing or an attack has to be dealt with. We don't combine them with other data, and we don't use them to identify individual readers. They're never published, and they stay only for as long as the hosting provider's settings keep them.

What happens when you click through to Betzillo?

Each button in our guides opens Betzillo's website, which is run by Betzillo Limited. From that moment, Betzillo's privacy policy and terms decide how your data is handled. We don't pass Betzillo your name or contact details, because we never have them in the first place. Your browser connects to Betzillo directly, the same way it would to any website, so Betzillo receives the usual technical data, such as your IP address, straight from your own browser.

Signing up at Betzillo means giving your email, name, date of birth, address and a password, and you have to be 18 or older (per Betzillo's terms and AML policy, checked 17 September 2026). For standard verification it wants a passport or driver's licence plus proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Betzillo can widen the check on request and ask for a selfie holding your document, a statement showing your first deposit, a statement no older than 3 months for the account you withdraw to, and proof of your source of funds. Documents are usually requested when you withdraw or when Betzillo decides a check is needed. If you have questions about that data, ask Betzillo's live chat, which opens after you log in.

How long data is kept and what you can do

The consent cookie stays in your browser for 12 months, and you can delete it earlier whenever you like. Server logs last only as long as the host's settings keep them. We hold no accounts or reader profiles, so there's no personal file about you for us to hand over or erase. For anything tied to a Betzillo account, including documents you've uploaded there, you'll need to make the request to Betzillo.

Children

Only adults aged 18 and over should use this site. We don't knowingly collect anything from minors, and Betzillo won't accept players under 18.

Updates to this policy

If we add anything that handles data in a new way, a new cookie for example, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. The rules for using the guides themselves are in the terms of use for this site.
