Overall, Betzillo gets 4.4. Games score best, thanks to a lobby of 8,626 titles from 71 providers. Payouts score worst. Betzillo's homepage banner promises withdrawals in 60 minutes, yet the FAQ allows up to 24 hours of processing and then up to 24 hours more for the money to arrive.

casino.guru calls Betzillo a fresh casino and says its Safety Index of 6.9 is still forming. Of the 10 complaints it lists, 3 are open, 2 were resolved and 5 were rejected. Four habits that help a Betzillo withdrawal go through

Each habit below follows a rule in Betzillo's terms or its anti-money-laundering policy.

1. Get verified before you withdraw. Soon after joining, upload a passport or driver licence along with a utility bill or bank statement. Betzillo may also want a selfie holding the document or proof of where your funds come from. If it flags unusual activity, you get 30 days to send what it asks for.
2. Cash out the way you paid in. Under clause 8.3 money goes back by the method it arrived with, and crypto is returned in the same coin you deposited. Before a card payout, the deposit has to be wagered 3x (clause 8.5).
3. Leave one request pending at a time. If several withdrawals are waiting, Betzillo can decline them and ask you to submit a single one (clause 8.8).
4. Keep a record of support chats. Screenshot them until the money has landed. If 5 working days pass and nothing has arrived, the FAQ tells you to contact support with a bank statement.

Is Betzillo down, or has the address moved?

When a saved link stops loading Betzillo, the address behind it may simply be out of date. Betzillo has moved its main web address at least twice in 2026 (one move was announced in its Telegram channel on 20 May 2026). Betzillo support: live chat, email and Telegram

Clause 6.3 of the terms sends players to live chat or email. Chat is open 24/7, but only once you've logged in, so anyone locked out of their account has to email the support team instead. There's no phone number among these options, and Betzillo uses its Telegram channel for notices such as address changes. Sometimes Betzillo's pages disagree, as they do over the 60-minute withdrawal banner. When that happens, ask live chat which rule applies before you deposit.
