On Betzillo's site the licence note is a single sentence. The detail that affects you day to day sits in its terms and anti-money-laundering (AML) policy, which set out the documents you may be asked for and what can get an account closed. Verification and account closures both appear among the complaint topics casino.guru lists for the brand. It pays to sign up with details that match your ID and to get verified before your first withdrawal request. Keep the login to yourself too.
Is Betzillo licensed? What its pages say
Betzillo's terms name Betzillo Limited as the company you contract with, and the site says it operates under a Curaçao licence. The licence number isn't published on its pages (checked 17 September 2026), so ask live chat for it if that matters to you.
That company name also works as a quick check, because any page asking for your Betzillo password should have Betzillo Limited in its terms. The sportsbook and the casino share one account and one balance, and live chat is open 24/7 once you've logged in. A question about the Betzillo licence can go into the same chat as anything else to do with your account.
What KYC checks does Betzillo run?
Betzillo's terms and AML policy, which we read on 17 September 2026, lay out its know-your-customer (KYC) checks. At registration you give an email, your name, date of birth, address and a password, and you have to be 18 or over. No documents are needed at that stage. Betzillo asks for them when you withdraw, or whenever it decides to take a closer look at an account. When you sign up, type your full name exactly as it's shown on your ID and use your current home address, so the documents match your profile later on.
Standard verification
For the standard check you'll need photo ID, which can be a passport or a driver licence, and proof of address such as a utility bill or a bank statement. Send clear copies that haven't been cropped, with all four corners showing. The address on the bill or statement should be the same one that's saved in your Betzillo profile.
Extended verification
Sometimes Betzillo asks for more. The extended list includes a selfie of you holding your ID and a bank statement showing your first deposit. It also covers a statement for the account you withdraw to, no older than 3 months, and proof of source of funds. Each of these comes as a specific request, so send exactly the document named. Moving bigger sums through the cashier? Keep payslips or similar records handy, since source of funds is on that list.
| Document | When Betzillo asks for it |
|---|---|
| Passport or driver licence | Standard check, at withdrawal or at Betzillo's discretion |
| Utility bill or bank statement | Standard check, as proof of address with your photo ID |
| Selfie holding your ID | Extended check, on request |
| Bank statement with your first deposit | Extended check, on request |
| Withdrawal account statement, under 3 months old | Extended check, on request |
| Proof of source of funds | Extended check, on request |
| Any document requested after unusual activity | Within 30 days, or the account can be closed |
Getting verified is one step on the way to a payout. Our withdrawal verification steps cover the rest, from processing times and the same-method rule to the 3x deposit wagering required before a card withdrawal.
How long do you have to send documents?
Once Betzillo flags unusual activity on an account, you get 30 days to send the documents it asks for, and the account can be closed if they don't arrive in that time. Upload them early. Keep a copy of each file and note the date you sent it. If a request isn't clear, check with live chat which document it means before you send anything.
Account rules that can close a Betzillo account
These are the rules in Betzillo's terms that decide whether an account gets through a check:
- One account per person, family and shared address. Sharing a device counts too. Where two adults in the same household both want to play, check with live chat before the second person signs up.
- No shared logins. Handing your login details to someone else is grounds for closing the account, and that includes a partner or a mate who places bets for you.
- Documents on time. Once unusual activity is flagged, the 30-day deadline covered above applies.
The offers follow a similar household logic. Per the Promotions page, the sports welcome can be claimed once per person, family, IP address or device.
How to keep your Betzillo account secure
- Pick a password you don't use for anything else. A password manager can generate one for you.
- If other people in the house use the same browser, don't save the password there, and log out every time on a shared device.
- Don't share the login. Besides the security risk, it's against Betzillo's terms.
- Open Betzillo through the buttons on this site. Old bookmarks and links that turn up in messages may not take you to the right place.
- If you think someone else has been into your account, change the password and tell live chat straight away.
Bookmarks need extra care with this brand. Betzillo has moved its main web address at least twice in 2026 (one move was announced in its Telegram channel on 20 May 2026), which means an address saved before the latest move might not open the current site at all.
Signs of a fake Betzillo login page
Anyone can copy a logo and a colour scheme, so look past those and check the details below before you type a password:
- You followed an ad, a message or a search result, and the address looks slightly off. Extra words, a misspelling or an unusual ending are the usual giveaways.
- There are no terms at all, or the terms don't name Betzillo Limited.
- You're offered a Betzillo promo code. Betzillo's own offers are claimed with a Claim or Activate button, and its Telegram posts from May to September 2026 didn't include any codes.
- The page pushes you to download an app or an APK file, yet Betzillo has no native app and its mobile site runs in the browser.
- The welcome offer doesn't match Betzillo's Early Bird, which is an A$50 free sports bet, plus up to A$1,500 in casino bonuses with 60 free spins.
- The sign-up form asks for card details or ID scans straight away. Betzillo's own registration asks for your email, name, date of birth, address and a password.
If your password has already gone into a page you now have doubts about, open Betzillo using a button on this site and change it, then let live chat know what happened.
How up to date this page is
Everything here comes from Betzillo's terms, AML policy and site pages as we read them on 17 September 2026. Betzillo can change its terms and offers at any time, document requirements included, and the terms in force on your account are what count, even where this site says something different. What you've read is general information on the licence note and on how verification and accounts are handled. It isn't financial advice. Gambling can end up costing more than you expect, so only play with money you can afford to lose.
Betzillo is only open to adults aged 18 and over. Should you ever want a break, our responsible gambling page explains the time-out and self-exclusion options. For the games and the welcome offers, head to the Betzillo casino guide.
